Now these challenges can't be dealt without "Press Freedom." NDTV is owned by Adani, Network 18 group (CNBC) is owned by Mukesh Ambani, and Republic TV had investment from BJP leader Rajeev Chandrashekhar. A few months ago I read an article where a court assistant accused CJI Gogoi of sexual harassment. Info shared in the article appeared to be credible but was not much covered by media and Gogoi was absolved. The complainant alleged that she was sacked by CJI Gogoi, and the only justice the case did was she was reinstated in her position. This is the same CJI Gogoi who was given RS ticket by BJP. India has tons of potential if stuff like fundamental rights, justice system, press freedom and electoral process fall in place. Let's keep the crusade on! Jai Hind.

I don't understand why it's difficult to establish any chain. The purchaser of the bond is responsible to declare where the money used to purchase the bond came from. The trail needs to be investigated by analysing the audit reports of each purchaser. Thousands of alleged shell Companies were struck down way back in 2016 and Directors were even prevented from being Directors in any other Company or even partners in LLPs for 5 years. Even auditors of these present She'll Companies need to be booked in case there has been some concealment of income.
The difficulty is, just like money even bond can change had after its purchase and before it reaches the political party. But only the political party knows who that last link in the chain who gave the bond to party ( in fact last link will make sure party knows it for quid pro quo)

Why is ED not investigating the political parties which received crores of Rs under Electoral bonds scheme?
Those who bought bonds to donate have been proven to have been companies with minor profits . How is that ,they donated such huge amounts to bjp in bonds when their profit margin was so low? Mostly shell companies . Should be thoroughly investigated by a competent authority. A lot of skeletons are bound to tumble out!

I fail to understand why SC is not filing a su Moto case against SBI, finance ministry and PMO on electoral bonds issue.
As it is explicit in the data which establishes quid pro quo, extortion by BJP party using ED and CBI to purchase electoral bonds.
The information that only the Communist Party of India Marxist (CPIM) has refused to receive any money from corporates in this Electoral Bond scheme is very impressive fact. There is at least one political party in India who has opposed this political corruption by it's actual action. 👍
