I'm confused in the second game, you were worried about him getting 8-5-10 in the bottom left but then he plowed to literally the exact same resource 8-5-10 in the top right and you weren't worried about it?

They seem to be more common on the 1v1s which makes sense. People are less likely to do deals with trash talkers.

I think the way to place defensively game 2 was to take the 8/5/10 at the top right along with the 5/9/10. Still not sure its a winning setup, but probably slightly better to eat some production to stop him from getting on one of the 8/5/10s.
Gotta love those guys like in game 2 who have an amazing first pick hard to defend against and then talk trash after winning a close game lol

at 8:11, you had the cards + road builder to build 4 roads to the 2-9-10, but not settle. Would have cut him off from a lot of the board. He could have tried to cut your road around by going around the 4 sheep, with a road, road settle, but it would have been tough. As it turned out, it would have worked for you and essentially won the game.
Imagine talking shit after leaving someone with that setup in a 1v1

To @spikevv, what happened in first game that he didn't post? I also feel he posts way more win than losses. Not that his winning rate is not high, but still I barely see any losses. Plus, the excuses.

The explanation being that he does not film a few warm-up games seems legit though. As he mentioned himself, he only starts recording after playing a few practice games, and you could see that in his previous videos as well. He has already uploaded multiple losses, there is a loss in the video today, he loses more in the warm-up games (you can check to confirm on his profile), and he wins over 62% of his games... so, everything checks out.
You can "feel" that it is skewed or claim that YOU do not see losses, but that does not change the facts.
