I enjoy videos that contain losses, not just wins only. Makes the wins more satisfying.
I hate to see you lose, but as someone who vastly prefers to play road games, I feel a bit of schadenfreude when your OWS doesn't pay off. Particularly when every game I play, the OWS player seems to draw the perfect devs. I have faith that you'll take the 1st place spot in no time.
You had the plow on 9-4-2 in the second game. Would jave hurt his road path and sheep production. But ggs all around. Top 5 is crazy
you spend the entire second game hunting/porting for sheep and somehow didn't even consider using your TWO road builders to make it up to the 8/10. literally HOW.

1st game you 100% made the right first pick but the road has to be left for two reasons - it induces the 8,10,3 and 6,9,10 or 6, 5 10 set up which leaves you with most the board to work with on the right hand side. Also if they pick the same set up it saves you the precious road (which at the start you ended up having to waste) and you can really dominate OWS set up and get some utility early on to get that extra production. Great watching these videos and really appreciate the content (obviously easy to see without a timer haha)
6510 at the bottom as first destroy both bottom spots for him. Then you take an ore spot on the way back. Or yeah run the full OWS would have been pretty fine imo.
First game 2nd placement was just wrong .... Why not 8 4 3 and u have full ows . U get him with knights and get brick for him either mono or knights .... 2nd placement was overall wrong . 0 winning chances imo
Good point! The 10 ore does seem very weak compared to both the 8 and 10. My only complain would be the 9 sheep, but that is a problem either way.
1v1 games are different than 1v4. You can't neglect expansion that much or you're too easy to block. Early cities, popping and OWS aren't going to cut it for 15pts.
You have to plow aggressively and not allowed to be plowed as much in the early game!

Deserving of both loses. Placements were trash both games, would’ve had winning opportunities with correct placements
Please roll off the low end in your EQ settings. It's still so loud and boomy, no change from before you said you fixed it.
cant fathom why you wouldnt pick 8 4 3 first in the first game. sheep and brick on the way back and building towards more wheat. Or even as second pick for more solid ows
