65 days no contact and I’m actually getting better. Some days are good, some are bad had nightmares about them a couple of times too but I’m definitely way much better now than when they were actively in my life
The narcissist was or is in your life for one reason. It's so you'll wake up from the illusion that you need validation or love through their affirmation, which they'll never give you. They're there to teach you that you have to find affirmation through reparenting your inner child and unconditionally loving yourself because you're a beautiful person and have intrinsic value. Learning to love yourself is not easy, but essential on this journey called life. Remember, you don't have to hate the narcissist. You have to understand them, as well as yourself, or you're bound to repeat the process of abuse. Don't be a victim like the narcissist ( or so they say), become an overcomer! 😊❤😊 Tip: Love God the Creator 1st. Love yourself 2nd, then your neighbor, so you'll have the necessary boundaries that you didn't learn as a child. 😊 Don't feed the narcissist your time, devotion, sympathy, or money. Walk away from the abuse, and learn to value yourself 😊
Time does change the dynamics. However, even if you move on, the rumination seems to get worse. Even though you know it was all a façade. I've been in contact and would never take him back! It's the disbelief that someone could be so cruel to you that doesn't disappear.

Haven’t seen him, he instantly found someone got engaged married to me still, she gave me a call, never have heard from him, 1 1/2 year, he was grooming someone cleaned out my storage filled it with cheap junk trash so I would know
They will know for certain they have lost you when you found the King of Innocence. All you have to do is talk about innocence in any form or fashion and they will become uncomfortable and play devils advocate against unwavering teachings.
My wife and have separated now for nearly 5, she’s been living her best life! Ive been in hotels pretty much that whole time other than the odd day being at home. It’s been hell
She is all I have left, I gave her my word I wouldn't leave her, stemming from a conversation about her personality disorder. She's cheated or raped whatever and she is gone. I am here for her but. I won't be no more confusion of pain.
