Are you asking if you could build a house like this on your own land using that floor plan or something similar? The builder owns the rights to their own blueprints. But often times, there's an architect or blueprints company that can sell something that's almost exactly the same. This single story home priced around 1M starting from 900s😱! I thought it would be in 600s. Aren't thr the same size homes available in the Atlanta metro area for 600s? I mean almost same the size.
You can find similarly sized homes for quite a bit less across the metro area. People in this neighborhood are paying for two things: 1. the views, and 2. the golf community.

By the way just asking you for confirmation now? I'm for sure in future may move to Georgia but not instantly now 😅! I'm currently offshore for further studies & touring. But don't worry I'll tell you if any plan to relocate in the future! Just for now please solve the doubts I asked, so that I may have a better understanding of the areas!😊 Hope you got it!❤
It's possible to build with a tub. That's just how the model home is configured. The prices are result of the views. It's a very unique neighborhood. Very few communities have views like these.

Spot on but I guess the 300k difference has to do with location.
