Not sure about the two water closets.. seems like its just MORE bathroom to clean. I'm in love with the outdoor bar though. Whoever purchases..I volunteer my bar-tending services for a small pool use fee. :)

Hi Pete, it's case-by-case. I spoke with the builder's rep And she said they would absolutely consider selling the furnishings. They could potentially be negotiated into the deal. The furnishings on the first floor, she said, are worth approximately $60,000.
Nice but again, the builders are building the homes too close!!!! Your neighbors garage is next to your bed room or dining room, This is awful. The builders are not thinking!!! No sidewalks. or narrow sidewalks. awful...but you're doing a great job ...
I can't imagine paying $1.9MM in Canton on a home in community where every house is similar in style, small front yard, and close neighbors. As much as I'm over gray walls, I am also over white/black combo on the exterior. Builder did a good job on the rest of the home but not for me.

That's the nice thing about real estate, there's so many different options and depending on what somebody wants, and what's important to them, for the same investment, they can get something completely different. For instance, in this part of Cherokee, someone could find a ton of land with a more modest house for this price if that was more important to them.
You're doing a great job but, these homes are too close... The builders need to think about how close they are building these homes!!! sad...but you are doing a great job..Bathroom tile needs to go to the ceilings.closets too small. Owners room closets too small. fireplaces not giving a wow factor. weird tiny windows. but you're great .lol,,,
I hear you. The market drives pricing and this one was first offered to market last July, then withdrawn and reintroduced in January. It's absolutely due for a price improvement.

The backyard is ultimate, no question. Not sure about the double toilets tho

These homes are a bit close yea.
