I live in Lubbock but when you talk about Midland restaurants, Pachuco’s has to be brought up. They have amazing barbecue and tacos. Really unique place with a great menu.
I lived in lubbock for 3 years then moved to Memphis for 14 years. I am moving back to lubbock as soon as my wife is done with her masters. Lubbock is great didn't realize that when I was young and dumb
OMG, I live outside of Lubbock, but my cousin and her husband are considering moving to Tennessee. My sister lives in Tennessee. I was considering moving to Tennessee one day to be close to everyone. Do you mind if I ask why you are coming back to Lubbock. You can tell me the truth. I was only considering moving.
one of the most underrated aspects of lubbock is how high quality the internet infrastructure is which will be pivotal to attracting remote workers like myself. up to 5 gigabit fiber to the home from AT&T, while optimum and vexus also offer fiber if you're looking for alternatives. compared to most of the united states, these speeds are unheard of. even in california where i'm from, the internet was booty unless you lived in the bay area or near silicon valley. for lubbock's size of only about 250k out in west texas, it punches far above its weight class in this regard. i think most people would be shocked to know it's that good out here.
I love all three cities, Andrew, and all have good things going on. Amarillo may have the better downtown (and Midland a close second), but Lubbock needs now to break outside the box and start dreaming bigger than it has. Lubbock's music reputation needs to be stretched out more. And Lubbock, overall, has better food and abundant wineries and distilleries.
Hey good sir how about a video about your favorite restaurant. Wine and dine and all. Please please please! Asian food, steakhouse, burger joints, Indian food, bbq, local favorites and it all please. I am a food person.
I'm from Lubbock. My problem with lubbock is that they grow more towards the southwest and never really grow towards the east. Downtown has always been architecturally unattractive.

Just moved to Lubbock in March. So far really loving the city. I can’t wait for my family to move over in June, then we will really explore the town.
Lots of new houses down south. The Loop 88 corridor is going to be Lubbock's next hot area.
Thank you Andrew. I love Lubbock. I hope we can move there soon :) I'm from Carlsbad NM btw
Me too!
It's a real good place if you like cotton farming, flat dirt fields, and tumbleweeds..🥳
Amarillo also has Lake Meredith, the largest lake in West Texas.

I'm from VA but i lived in lubbock for almost 2 years and honestly cant wait to get back out there
It’s The Big Texan. It is a great tourist trap.😂
We’ve been packing like crazy and we are so close! You’ll hopefully be hearing from us within the next couple of months. 🤘
Excited to hear from y'all! :)
I live in Illinois, and Texas is on my relocation list, thanks for all this helpful information :)
Amazing thanks so much for watching :)
Love the videos. Show more new houses when you get the footage. Like to see lap pools and green parks too. Texas is doing it right.
I dont like dust flying all around .

Try Tyler’s BBQ in Amarillo.😋
Crimson OU? Probably meant Scarlet.
Can't mention Midland without Odessa
And what about tex-mex cuisine there ??

You left out Odessa, next door to Midland. 114,000 population.

A tourist trap is coming to Amarillo, Bucees.
Planing on how to move to lubbock on 2025 from puerto rico so any pointers let me know
You obviously don’t know much about Amarillo. Wiki info only huh?
Unless you’re going to tech. Not much in these cities
There is nothing to do in midland 😂😂
Don’t see how midland is on here midland doesn’t even compare to these two cities. 🤦♂️
lubbock is not a tourist place, bars and grocery stores, and food places, besides that, u have notta.
Lubbock 🙄😐🤦🏼♀️
Odessa is better and bigger than Midland
Wrong….may be bigger but Midland has the white collar upscale people with better restaurants, better homes, country club and cleaner city.
Odessa isn’t bigger or better
