It ok to drink caffeine drinks sometimes, just not all the time. Examples of drinks with Caffeine: Coffee, Tea, Sports drink, Soda (Not all, but some brands can though. Like Mountain Dew), etc.
the commercials about drugs have gotten a lot darker the ones i've seen it shows what happens when you use them and then the addict screaming at their selves why did you try it just once i believe that commerical was about Meth that i saw

With the coffee I have, I only drink one for breakfast and one with my dessert
And it's not all tea, only black and green. And the caffeine in tea releases itself slower than in coffee, so there are no drastic falls in feeling.
