Well, that was a long break, but I'm back! If you don't know, Ontario (where I live) is getting hammered by COVID so life has been a bit stressful. Also, I'm moving soon, so double-whammy! (Also, please ignore the fan...it was about 27 degrees Celsius in my apartment and I should have worn yukata but, well, I'm an idiot) Anyway, let's look at episode 11 of Cells at Work: Code Black, where we lo...

(This is a re-upload of my original video, which was unfortunately deleted thanks to a copyright strike on the background music of one of the clips. I've muted the clip in question, although the rest of the video should be intact. Enjoy!) I'm back after a (brief) break! Nurse Reviews Cells at Work: Code Black, Episode 2 "The Liver, Alcohol, and Pride"
Переглядів 4,2 тис.3 роки тому
I'm an RN of 10 years and am reviewing Cells at Work: Code Black! This episode, we're looking at the effects of alcohol on the body, specifically the liver. The liver is an incredibly complex organ and alcohol has numerous effects on the body, so the episode glosses over a lot and honestly, I did, too, otherwise this would be an hour-long lecture at best. Man, the H pylori in the OG Cells at Work are freaking adorable by comparison to these beasts!! Actually, all of the germs in general really look a lot more terrifying. While the OG cells at work was really good, and I miss some of the characters, it's a great perspective on what chronic illness does to a person. I can't even imagine what the inside of my body looks like between the lack of sleep, overabundance of white blood cells, and all the meds I take so that I feel better.

    incorrect, Geishas are prostitutes , sexing is the their final art. Pleasuring men is the most honorable duty. Art is need to bring entertainment while sex brings comfort and honor for the geisha if thier man is satisfied. They are allowed only to lend their body upon orders of the family head to gain favors. Japanese man and women have no concept of feminism because they know their place in the order of Kami , man - the head of the house , while the "women" are nurse and sustainer of joy and the way of making the family fruitful (breeders) . Man is entitled to many women who will devote their life and body for the head of the family. I know because of the Japanese Manager who is a co-consultant for the company we work with explained it to me, along with his ties with the yakusa , also his clan dates back to the shogunate period as daimyo order which survives to this day. They are so low key but has covert duties for the emperor and leading clans

    I did some research, and Stayin' Alive might not actually be the best song to use, since it actually only has 108 beats per minute, according to Tunebat, a music analysis site. I'd instead suggest Ob-la-di, Obl-la-da by The Beatles, which is 113 beats per minute, and you want something that's within the 110-120 bpm range. And yes, Another One Bites the Dust also works, but so does the Deadpool Rap from the first Deadpool movie!

    • @murrr1808
      @murrr1808 2 роки тому

      There's apparently a whole playlist out there that has the songs you can do chest compressions to, hahaha! I was taught that chest compressions can be done in the range of 100-120 bpm, so Stayin' Alive still works. If anything, I prefer something slightly on the slower side of that range because I don't tire out as quickly. I've done 120 bpm chest compressions and I tire out before the full 2 minute cycle has been done.
