Hummus is usually eaten on Flatbread/Pita, etc with minced salads and meats, as a spread.... or as a dip with a variety of veggies, fruits or crackers.... rarely have I seen it eaten with a spoon but, no doubt it is delicious!
Top tip , if you want you hummus silky smooth add a small spoon of baking soda to your cooking chickpeas it breaks the skins down, it truly works , also add tahini .

Yes! There is a huge difference in price when it comes to humus. And it really is crazy easy.
