    I love that you let the food processor do its job. So often, it seems that cooks on video feel compelled to show off their knife skills by slicing and dicing ingredients before putting them into a food processor. Thank you for not making your viewers feel like they need to do useless busy-work.

      I usually just wing it. Yogurt, crushed black pepper, a dash of cumin or garam masala, chopped herbs (coriander, parsley), salt and very little garlic.

      Look up Israeli or Lebanese suggestions.
      Tehina is common plus all the salads and pickled vegetables they add with a pita.
