This helps keeps me believing in myself and focus on taking care of myself and trying to tune out all the misery and negative media that’s going on in my country right now.
I tell you what this quarantine has helped me find some other good bodybuilding follows out there.......I thought John Meadows was the only good guy in this industry BUT good lord I've been addicted to watching your videos and using them as a guide for my Lifestyle adjustment goals. One trick I found when I gotta reduce my portion sizes is use a smaller bowl/plate. It's a mental thing but I find that it makes me think I'm not eating AS small of a portion. I love your vlogs and day of eating videos! Love from Australia!

Fouad...do you have a sous vide...it's actually really good for cooking chicken. You can season it and let it cook a few hours in the sous vide while you're working. Doesn't tend to dry out like pan frying.

I'm currently running a deficit myself (was kind of following your diet from the past couple vlogs) my weight sessions are 2-2:30 hours long and have to hit my cardio post workout which consists of 10-30 minutes on the treadmill. My question is am I at risk of catabolism? If so, would you recommend drinking bcaa's during the session/cardio to prevent this? Keep us updated on the diet/changes you make Fouad!
Mutant Cal you should do more intense training sessions that are shorter. 2-230 is too long to be training with weights imo. If you’re training that hard drink Hosstile Supplements IntraR3 intra workout shake. It has EAA’s to feed the muscle and other ingredients to keep you going

I have eczema and it’s crazy to see how the diet has helped my skin I’ve done the vegan diet but didn’t see the results I was looking for. Everybody is obviously different especially with the genetics and stuff but man your stuff is working thanks a lot man.
I’m same plate same silver wear guy too haha. Just scrub and rinse after I’m done eating then I keep a towel layer out next to the sink and just sit it on there to dry until it’s time for next meal! 1 bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, coffee mug(egg whisk cup)

@Fouad Abiad Great video. I heard the part about the Mrs. saying that it's gross that you eat out of the same plate. No it's not. When I was younger & to this day I still do it & it cut's down on the unnecessary dishes that you have to wash, so it's not gross

Why does everyone have cream of rice? wouldnt it be easier to just have white rice with your protein source? is there any extra benefit to splitting the meal up into chicken/veges and cream of rice?

Hi Fouad I've been watching your videos and I just wanted to ask you that if i want my muscles to growth bigger ,is it necessarily to consume protein powder?
Seconding this. Protein powder is just a convenient way to get more protein in your diet. If you can get enough protein from regular food, just do that. Whole food is more satisfying and provides vitamins that powders generally don’t.
I had that same toaster oven for a couple of years. I finally got rid of it...this brought back the bad memories of a) toast taking forever (notice the 8+ minutes for two pieces), and b) the bread is still unevenly toasted after all that time
I can't even imagine eating that much food consistently every day. Of course, I probably couldn't imagine doing half the stuff Fouad does. Also, Frank's Red Hot, he really does put that shit on everything.
I love Cream of Rice and used to eat it all the time, then after high hemoglobin levels, I realized how much iron they added to Cream of Rice, then tried Pride Foods Rice & Grinds which tasted great and no added iron, but it was expensive. So I decided to try and make my own. I put a cup of uncooked organic white rice into my Vitamix dry pitcher and ground it to the consistency of Cream of Rice. Then I cooked it just like I would Cream of Rice and it came out perfect, it tastes great the consistency is exactly the same and it costs so much less.
