Ken Leung it will a little bit, the main thing I forgot to mention is if you want to improve the flavor of your sauce, and make it seem like there’s more of it, add some pasta water to the sauce after the noodles are boiled, don’t just pour it all down the drain. Super awesome chef tip, it adds even more salt. Obs you don’t need to lose your mind on salt throughout the day but many lifter sell themselves short imo when it comes to salt intake, they are loosing out on pump and maybe even total reps with a given weight, especially makes a difference as you go into a deficit

Really like that you just stay on point with each topic. Big tip for those financially challenged - become coupon kings. Some stores do double and even triple coupon value. Read EVERY weekly store flyer for sale prices. Weekly flyers come with coupon booklets. People usually throw them away from their mail boxes in post office buildings. Search out and use those COUPONS like a madman. I can save 3 - 5 thousand a year. > NO LIE

He still works out now but he's way smaller.
The more phytoestrogens in your system the more testosterone you need to be artificially adding to make up for it as phytoestrogens binds to testosterone and makes it unable to do its job so you have to add even more testosterone into the mix in the form of steroids.

Btw, Dollar stores (Dollarama in my area) have a lot of the pre-packaged stuff for cheaper (1kg of pasta for $1, "extra big" loaf of bread $2, tuna for $1, etc)
Walmart also has good prices on canned stuff, often bread at 2 or 3 for $5 or $6. Also, pre-cooked chickens are a good bang for the buck, being only $8.50 for a medium, or $10 for a large.
