  • Today's workout we are hitting legs! Don't forget like I always say legs are your biggest muscle group in your whole body! currently i am 5lbs down from a month and a half ago but i have kept most of my strength due to calorie surplus a couple days a week!

    Yes! I would love a high bar vs. low bar squat. My questions I have for it would be placement, benefits, and also transitioning from a high bar to low bar. I’ve tried, but it would be so painful on my rear delts (I believe that’s where the placement for it is called). Would I have to start out with lower weight to tolerate the “pain” or should I just be able to do the weight that I can do with high bar already.

    How do you workout legs so frequently and still keep them small and toned? like seriously; I'm a middle distance runner and whenever I squat or do legs in general they get pretty big but I'm trying to avoid size as it decreases my running efficiency for longer runs

    • @zak4531
      @zak4531 5 років тому

      Ahmed Sultan do strength training, therefore do less reps but utilise a heavier weight

    I got a question
    Does anyone’s knee feel funny or kinda stiff on the inner/behind knee. It kinda feels like a ham problem. I think it came from doing squats combined with playing on hard concrete bball

    I see Kevin making the exact mistake Athlean X points out in one of his squat videos. His body adjusts to pick the weight back up by moving forward when he goes up halfway. Look at his hips kind of shake and go forward when he is up halfway.

      You are too text book. It will happen no matter what at heavy loads. Only when u can control it is during light medium loads

    • @cameronmchugh4153
      @cameronmchugh4153 5 років тому

      @@fishywtf it has nothing to do with weight, his back bending is because he goes way too low, there is no advantage of going deep on squats just messed up back, hips, and knees

    Hella butt wink at 7:25

    • @Fif5t0014
      @Fif5t0014 5 років тому

      It's not AS bad, since he was low bar (low bar for him anyways). Plus, it's ass to grass and paused. If it was lighter weight and high, bar he'd be able to keep his torso more upright which would change the positioning and eliminate the butt wink.
