Finally got it at about 123050 points. All credit in this comment goes to Brady Peterson, Matt Hartly, and Tess VK. For me, as they state it worked the second time around in the railing hallway straight ahead from the start point. The second time I did it, I didn’t even have to spend time in the hallway. And I quote: Matt Hartly: Do what the top comment says and put your right middle finger on R1 and your right index finger on SQUARE and spam X and L1 down in the underground bit grinding I got 138,000 Tess VK: Dang. Tried holding down square and R1, then spamming L1 and the left stick in that tunnel- got it first try!!! Thanks guys!
This worked perfectly for me. Thank you so much for posting what you learned here. If anyone else is trying to do this challenge, use this strategy! It works really well in the tunnel and even better if you can get yourself in a corner so you almost always land on a railing.
My hands are really starting to hurt trying to figure out how people are getting such high scores on tricks that I MAYBE get 500 for. Can somebody please tell me a trick. I've looked everywhere. People tell me to use the railings and I can sometimes get 1000 but no matter what I try, I can't get a 300 average which is what it feels like I need. At best I've seen links for a orb glitch but I have no interest in cheating. All this being said, I don't think anyone is cheating, I just tend to suck at vehicles in general lol
You should maintain the buttons pressed until you touch the floor. More time you press the buttons, more points you get. Also, you should rotate your tricks, because you get less points if you repeat them.
I plan on doing every other challenge but i plan on completing the others first and I do not have much time to play like I did back then. I would like to return to this orb guide series and Jak 3's also
People please ask me about this question: for do the Trick after pressing X and then L1 the third button is a analog stick or maybe is possible get this Trick even with left arrows of joypad? Because I'm playing on PC Emulator and analog stick is a big problem for that.
@@jayjugg1035 you exit stadium area on the right side. Instead of going there, head to the left side exit. There’s no passage there, just a side mission ‘?’ kiosk where you can replay the stadium missions. Hope this explains it.

Mine just doesn't work! i do all the same tricks on all of the videos shown on how to get the gold. only a few hundred points. why?

Are you gonna post more of these Gold Medal challenges? They would be pretty useful for when I attempt to Platinum this game... again.

There's a kiosk right outside the stadium on the left and you can select between the races/reverse races or the jetboard one.

Oh. Yes you can there will be a side mission where you can choose between the races or jetboard mission. Theres no upgrades for it.
