I am going to try taking only oats for the entire day. Just the oats recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Let’s see if it shows any difference in the weight.
Day 1 - Morning 7:30 am. I am around 73.95 Kgs or 163 pounds.

Sir ,I saw ur all videos ,sir small kids ke teeth enamel decay se related solutions batey, plz
If the teeth is milk teeth don't worry too much. But if enamel decay is on permanent teeth, you should start strengthening by promoting
1. gentle brushing
2. oil pulling
3. Avoiding citrus juices, sugars, fruits, etc 1 hour before going to bed.
4. You may optionally use enamel strengthening toothpaste from shops
You'll lose most of the weight on toilet with all this fiber😂 Great Video, wonderful advice.
