You need ropes and cut stones you can make them by crafting neer by the engine that you craft

once you have them you need 10 gold to craft pill and then craft alcheme engine thats open a lot of crafting recipe

then craft a back pack and log suit leaf armor is week so dont use that use log one and to atack you have to use speer to craft you need 2 flint 2 stick and 1 rope
