Decades ago,two Christian Missionaries went to Guatemala to proselytize Catholics .When they returned home, they converted to Catholicism. Ive watched testimonies of several non Catholic Missionaries ,one of them ,was the regional or national leader of their Ministry. I remember as well, one retired Missionary ,who travelled extensively worldwide .One time,he was approached by young Protestant Missionaries in Brazil .He told them that he used to be in their shoes for decades ,but is now Catholic .He literally lectured them on the Bible ,as he was well versed on it.

My parents are from Guatemala and sadly it is the mission of many Protestants to pull uninformed Catholics from the one Truth Faith. Sadly after they convert they become anti Catholic and/ or fall to relativism which is rampant in Protestant denominations.

Fabulous testimony. I am not Catholic but attended catholic schools all my life in Africa. Catholic schools are considered top notch in third world countries. My high school is over 175 years old and still standing. Thanks to the Sisters of Cluny from Ireland who believed in girls education and founded my school. I have sometimes considered being a Catholic because I fell in love with the deep spirituality, culture and passion for charity work all over the world. The Catholic church has not received its well deserved accolade for furthering the gospel all over the world when nobody was doing it. And that is why majority of Africans and South Americas are Catholics today.
I would really like to volunteer at your establishment. God bless you Nick.

“IF” you have not already, please consider going to Adoration of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament (also known as “Holy Hour”). Call your local parish and find out when they offer it. Then, just go and sit in silence in Christ’s Presence. Take your bible. Read scripture, pray, contemplate. Tell the Lord of your search for truth, of your doubts, worries, even fears. Then, be as patient with Him as He has been with you. When you receive the grace to know that HE IS THERE, you will be forever changed. Miracles occur in Christ’s presence - of that I can personally attest.

I was friends with a protestant pastor who’d been through a few years of some kind of theological seminary (I forget where) and I asked him one time if he’d ever read or studied any of the early Church Fathers (1st and 2nd century etc) .. and he had never read any of those writings. That floored me.

I appreciate and applaud anyone on a journey for truth but the Catholic Pope doesn’t give anyone hope. He’s exhorting idolatry, nor does he seem to know even the basics about Saint Peter’s letters to the church, or the Holy Scriptures for that matter. Yet he has authority to speak for Catholics. Catholicism is the only True Chirch because it's the only Church founded by Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit to be the Pillar of Truth (as the bible calls the Church).
Joseph Smith is a con. He made up everything. Smart as well. He knew that Jesus needed to "return" in order to nullify His original Church. Jesus gave Peter the Keys of His Authority. Those jeys stay in his possession (the Pope) till Jesus returns. Joseph Smith makes the claim in The Book of Mormon that the Church carried on correctly in America until all the Christians died. Then Jesus returned to Joseph Smith to resurrect His Church. As ridiculous as it may sound (because Mormonism is ridiculous), the Mormon Church is one of the most possibilities of being the Truth because of the claims they make about Jesus starting a Church in America after His Resurrection. But He didn't and Joseph Smith is a fraud.
Most Protestant churches do not make such claims. They are all founded by men who dissented from the original Church or another dissented Church without the involvement of God. Of dissenters, Paul said no one who dissents from the faith or create factions can inherit the Kingdom of God.

Why wouldn't an on fire, charismatic missionary become Catholic? Especially if the Holy Spirit led them to do so. And becoming Catholic wouldn't stop them from still being an on fire, charismatic missionary anyway. The Holy Spirit can lead a Catholic to become a Protestant, a Protestant to become a Catholic, any direction the Holy Spirit wants to lead any individual, he is the Sovereign Lord who can do that. The wind blows and we can't tell which way it will go or where it went next, and so is everyone born of the Spirit, according to Jesus' own teaching.

CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF OUR CATHOLIC CHURCH WHICH HE BUILD ONLY ONE CHURCH WITH THE AUTHORITY OF HIS HEAVENLY FATHER THROUGH HIS APOSTLE SIMON PETER ONLY AND THE POPES ARE THE SUCCESSORS THEY CONTINUE TO PREACH THE KINGDOM OF GOD RIGHT FROM HIS APOSTLES.
NO ONE CAN BUILD THE CHURCH ONLY CHRIST. THE CHURCH IS THE BODY OF CHRIST THAT IS WHY WE ARE CALLED CHRISTIANS. CHRIST IS ALWAYS PRESENCE WITH THE CHURCH IN THE HOLY BLESSED SACRAMENT WAITING FOR ALL OF US SINNERS TO REPENT TO BELIEVE AND TO RECEIVE HIM WITH OUR HUMBLE HEART IN THE FORM OF BREAD AND WINE.
BUT THERE ARE THOUSAND OF CHURCHES BUILD BY MEN THEMSELVES, THEY REJECTS AND PROTEST AGAINST HIS WORDS AND HIS CHURCH.
