Thank you Bob, I really learned alot at my age of 76 from your informative video. I've seen these Kits all over, Marketplace, GS, Sam Ash (RIP), etc. And I didnt know about rubber v. Mesh. Back in 1965, i use to take my drum kit a 4pcs. Rogers on a self made wooden dolly with wheels many blocks through the streets of NYC (Bronx) to practice with my band mates. Got the Kit at Henry Adlers in NYC in 1965. I haven't played a Kit since 1999 but looking at your digital set.....im getting the "bug". Look forward to hopefully hearing you play your Set.
Thanks Dennis, watch for my next video, I think it might be just what you are looking for at a fraction of the price of the bigger sets. I also did a follow up video to this one with a sound sample of the kit.
My music room is our Florida room and I currently have half the room for my guitars. The wife has the other half, I just need her to give up enough of her space for the set. I’ll be jammin.
Hi Dave, I have another kit that is a much smaller footprint that might even be better for you needs. Sounds exactly the same, just a few less features. I will be doing a video on it maybe tomorrow. Bob
Thanks Kenny I appreciate that, but I am really not. I just know, what I know, through trial and error. I just hope someone might benefit from something I have learned along the way.
Don’t think I did. Did see you go over the digital Kit you have there and mentioned you’ll be doing a Demo Video on them soon. PS- I have found the videos of yours, that I’ve seen, informative, educational, entertaining, and fun. Plus, I may be older than you but we like the same music, are both drummers ( well I was 1964-1999) and play guitar. Very happy I found your Channel. 🥁🎸👍🇺🇸
@@dennismullin3052 Thanks for the kind words Dennis, here is the link for the sound sample of the kit. ua-cam.com/video/umQAvCVI994/v-deo.htmlsi=Iw8WOfq0wDkJdwKK Bob
Yeah, you’re right. For those that aren’t familiar with these types of kits, I should have played them. I will do another one with a sound sample of the kit.

You seem very well informed. Can’t believe some of the trolls that are out there.

Love this video.

I watched the video thinking you would play the drums?
