The minister exposed her incompetancy with her statement! She assumed rand manipulation by the banks....ages ago! Why is this "important" now? .....Politics!!
The ANC did everything on their power to allow this to happen,rubbish policy,double speak and kleptocracy.

The point on the banks wanting nothing but money is such a simple fact that they could make that money with less trouble than to go and manipulate a currency.

The Rand is worth far TOO MUCH... If outsiders really knew what was going to happen in South Africa over the next few years, the Rand would be worth less than R100 to the US Dollar...
