The upper "sliding piece" that I cut to fit in the cassette case is stamped "Hewell Office Products Co, 2514 Fish Hatchery Rd, Madison, Wisconson" and it's been around quite a while. I didn't see any part or ID number. It was just a roughly square small drawer organizer insert made of thin plastic. You could probably find something like it at Staples, Office Depot or Wal-Mart, etc.
Handy! Wish it would work in the 2019 console, which has been considerably redesigned. :(
