The pizzazz is meant for frozen pizzas and other frozen food, I use it every day and it’s so much more convenient than an oven for smaller frozen items
Hey Chef Joe, I have the Presto Pizza Pizzaz Plus with a switch called "Duel". It heats both top and bottom at same time. I have one in my house, got both my college kids one. My son used his so much that he got himself another one, first one died from over use. lol My daughter uses hers a lot, but not as much as my son and it's still going. My son cooked EVERYTHING on it, from fresh fish to frozen pizza and other frozen fast foods. I make a lot of italian sandwiches, garlic bread, frozen fries, toast(daughter took my toaster), fried salami, reheat pizza, about anything that can go in the oven. For a single dad, it's fantastic. For frozen pizza, never did a fresh one on it, it's faster than heating up the oven. I love mine. Super easy to clean also. Thank you for showing us these products and taking time to make a video for us! Very much appreciated!
i think the rotating thing is more for like dejorno where the crust is already made all you have to do is put the toppings on and melt but that couls be said for both of the heating devices
With the Pizzazz Plus Rotating Oven for fresh pizza dough. they reccomend that you cook it partly without the sauce, then midway add the sauce and cheese etc. For frozen pizza's its legendary. I just purchased it and it makes me very excited to use!
I've had pizzazz makers foreverrrr. I LOVE them!!! There is a 'dual' switch on mine however that does top & bottom at the same time. You can cook frozen foods on it, heat up leftover pizza... idk it's great overall. Got my latest pizzazz at a rummage sale brand new in box for $5!!!!!
The pizzazz spinning cooker thing isn't that good for fresh food, but for frozen foods (not just pizza) it isn't that bad, and really safe for children to use. i grew up with one and wasn't allowed to use the oven or stove when my parents weren't home, but could use that thing to warm up some frozen food. tastes better than microwaving it and just about as safe as a microwave.

Ok, lest get one thing straight, that is not a 8 slice PIZZA cutter, it is a Pie cutter/Cake Cutter/Cookie Cutter. I happen to use one to cut our 7-inch cookie, but it is made for pie's. That is why the edges are angled like a pie pan. On the roller, yea it can be used for pizza but it is mostly for pastry. The Docker works OK, I prefer a smaller wheel one. It does not matter if you get holes all the way though, they will close up as the pizza cooks. You want to dock the edges too so you don't get bubbles there. That is why you use a docker, to eliminate big bubbles. Otherwise you have to pop them. (back in the old days, we had a stick with a nail in it to pop the bubbles as they formed in the oven) Your dough looked really wet and discolored. Flour or corn meal would have helped in stretching and moving the pizza from one place to another. I did noticed you have corn meal on that one oven all pilled into one spot. I love the pizza cutter fork, but who freaking eats pizza with a fork. FYI, I have 37 years in the pizza business
