ಹರೀಶ್, ಬೇಳೆ ತರಕಾರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ (ಕಾಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸೇರಿಸಬಹುದು) ಹುಳಿ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರಾ ಅದು ಹುಳಿ.. ಸಾರಿನ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವರೇ ಕಾಳು ಸಾರನ್ನು ಸಾರು ಎಂದೇ ಕರೆಯುವುದು ರೂಢಿ 😊
Because most of people doesn't know the difference between rasam...bele saru ..and sambar...for rasam usually most of people use garlic...ginger. tomato..but bele sarige used only hunasehannu...bele...Bella....that is the difference....that's all
Each community has its own style of making certain authentic recipes. There are many types of saaru associated with Gowdas . There is nothing wrong using the caste prefix to explain the authenticity. Why people get disturbed by these terminologies I can't understand. It is all in their mind .
