The way they drag the leg back and make that circle with their toes...I'm not sure what it's called, but it makes me stop breathing. Lol what a dance!!

Sounds like he wrote in a piece for the accordion, and also the piano and harmonica and ....is that an oboe or clarinet (or maybe an alto sax) I hear? John Williams composed the Theme for Schindler's List...and this sounds like he also did the orchestration & arrangements. Genius and hardworking...
