@@chelleywest would you be able to explain more? I want to start something called body recomposition where I lose fat but also gain muscle at the same time. A lot of the videos I watch say that protein is the building block of muscle and although I need to be on a caloric deficit to lose fat I need to be taking in a good amount of protein (about 1 gram per pound) if I want to gain muscle. Hence why I hope to win the giveaway :)
@@destinyxkpop2342 everything you explained it’s correct. But i guess what I’m saying is that, you can get that same protein intake with a healthy diet, instead of a protein supplement. Sorry you didn’t win this time, but I’ll be sure to do more giveaways in the future! 💕

@@chelleywest I would love to see something with calories in vs calories out. Most people do not understand you burn a few thousand calories (a unit of energy, not weight) with just normal body functions. Link me if you have one . . . just adjusting what you eat will cause you to melt away.
@@JamesSimmons1964 this is so true. I’ll add this too the video list. Me myself i tend to base my calorie intake off my BMR and my TDEE. But you are right, just a simple change in diet will do the trick. 💪🏾
