I was able to make another 20 squares. I have alot of solid squares so my patchwork squares are different solid colors.
I am working on another baby blanket, and I'm also working on a blanket for myself.

Another great video!!!! Even though I know how to make granny squares and C2C squares, I watched you teach us how to make them. I did learn something new. I always turned my work around to go the other way when making granny squares but didn't know that since we are only doing 3 rows it wasn't needed. Thanks for that! It must be so hard crocheting around the camera! You are a pro! ❤❤❤
Funny thing is, working around the camera is hard but I have so much fun! Weird right?

You're welcome. Jayda is a very good teacher, I found it so easy to follow along with her when making a crocheted basket.
I just learned the slip st zipper join and love the effect on front and back. Starting with slip st on hook, 2 squares rs up placed side by side. Insert hook into right square corn st, wrap around hook pull lp through, and through the loop on hook. Move to left square insert hook through st, wrap pull through and through loop on hook. You jump back and forth till you finnish the 2 sides. It looks like a zig zag stitch. And it's beautiful on back. Totally flat join. No ridges. Would add pic if I could.

A quick warning about black yarn. Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn black will bleed terribly in the wash. Happened to me. I've never had RHSS black bleed. After the HL-ILTY black bled I found reviews about it. Wish I'd seen the reviews before using it.
Yeah, black yarn can be a pain to work with in so many ways. I will check the yarn that I'm using because I don't want to ruin my blanket. Thank you for the reminder, I appreciate it.
