Hand down the wow factor vote, for me, goes to the stain glass with the amazing border.
I'd also love to see a c2c stain glass. The c2c in variegated yarn is gorgeous, I never knew just how pretty it could be until you showed us in a video.

Hi Jennie, loving the granny vibes today, my favourites are pink, purple and cream, rainbow, stained glass granny blankets. I use dk weight all the time and it could be either too small a hook size or tension, dk weight isnt very forgiving like the thicker yarns, but in all honesty handmade isn't perfect, somebody out there will want it just as it is. That mistake corner i would love it on all four corners it would look awesome. Much love Ann x

I love makingGrannies, and I love making granny square blankets. My favorite blanket that you showed today was the one with all the beautiful colors and stripes. It caught my eyes right away.
I have been making different kind of Granny blankets for thr Boggy Blanket Brigade. I make the big square ones, some are rectangular (I like to put threeGrannies In the middle, and I do like the back-and-forth stripes.
I think most of us have piles of Grannies in boxes, or bags. I have a bunch of 5 inch squares in bright colors. I plan to make them larger by adding contrasting colors. I just finished a blanket made out of solid colors trend in white. The colors are bright and cheerful, and it will be hard to send it away, but I know some Child is going to love it. I plan to make another one, using different colors.
My apartment feels so empty without my fur babies. I hate to go away and then have to come back. So, I’m going to call my vet and ask her to help me find just the right kitten. I would like to have two, but can only have one animal Where I live. Don’t ask how I had two for me. I plan to get a little female, and name her Millie.
Nearly all of our pets have come from our local shelter, so I might go there. But, I know our vet works with rescue people, and that they always take time to socialize their cats or dogs. We’ll see. I’ll let you know I love seeing Arlo and bandit . They are so doggone cute.
Again, sorry for the typos, or maybe a strange word or two, I am using the speaker function on my iPad. It’s a lot easier than straining to see the letters on the keyboard.
So glad to see you back, don’t stay away so long. We look forward to your videos, and love to see the beautiful blankets you create. And I want to see just how big the pile of the squares have gotten. They are just so cute. but I have to tell you, the thought of putting them all together is a little daunting. I can’t wait to see how you do it.

I would like to make another stripey granny blanket, it was a very relaxing blanket to work on.
I haven't made a rectangle granny yet and I like the idea of doing 3 grannies in the middle to get started.
I'm so sorry Sandy. My heart aches for you. Hopefully you'll get another fur baby soon to keep you company.
I will do my best to make more videos to keep you company.
I'm happy that Arlo and Bandit bring joy to you.
Don't worry about typos or anything else in your comments. I figure out what you're saying with no problem.
      I think you're awesome!!
I'm going to try and make it as easy as possible to put the squares together.
Sending hugs to you, my friend

Wow, 70 blankets, I love it. You are my new crochet star, lol. I thought I had a lot of projects that were hard to let go of from Ponchos & shawls to hats & purses, and a fair amount of afghans too.
I'd suggest that the 1st wonky one could be, maybe, corrected with a gentle machine wash & medium heat dry, take it out of the dryer while it's still warm & spread on a bed & twist that center to lay square until it cools. From where I sit, overall it didn't look too twisty. Mostly i would have guessed it was because it was hanging, so I say photo it laying flat. Somebody is going to love it. And I agree you definitely matched up that colorway really well.

PS……… I love making grannies squares. They are so versatile, and just flame fund to make. I always want to see what the next one is going to look like. I must admit that I have never had a granny Square twist on me or get wonky. I think I’ve just been lucky. I am retired, and live by myself I can crochet or knit, as long as I want to, whenever I want to. I always take a small project to bed with me and usually have my morning coffee while I’ve crochet. And, I always keep something in my bag to take along with me if I go out. You never know. I think adding new colors in different corners is a good idea. I’m pretty sure that’s how I do it. I use a lot of self striping yarn, and finally it makes really nice granny squares.
Have you tried listening to audiobooks? Reading has become almost impossible for me, so I listen to books whenever I can. I have.LIBBY account, and can usually find audiobooks there. I enjoy them, partially, because I can be doing other things while listening. And, UA-cam has Dateline 24; 7_. Keith Morrison is my favorit narrator. He is a gifted storyteller.

I love all the blankets but I love the stained glass one the best. I made a temperature blanket with the moss/linen stitch using a square for each month and the border I used was the same you used for that stained glass blanket.
I am using variegated yarn to make scrap looking squares, granny squares and your C2C squares. The C2C I will be alternating with white. I don't have them all done yet, so there is plenty of time before joining but I would love to see how you are going to join them. I love your ideas when it comes to granny squares!!!!

Pretty sure the biasing is from the structure of the yarn. I know with knitting, the exact same stitch can look very different in a yarn with a single ply (roving style) or 2 plies vs a really round yarn with many plies. Sometimes one leg of the knit stitch will look large and the other side is almost a vertical line. I've noticed crochet biasing more in thinner yarns than thicker. But, it might just appear more obvious when you have more rounds/stitches together. P.S. The black and colorful blocks!!!! I need to make that. Maybe I will use solid black between my 'scrappy' blanket squares.

When you photo these for sale, no person is going to care it's a bit off. In fact that is going to be the reason it is admired. Like my Artist Sister used to say, "it's hand made, people do not want machine perfection." She also told me that sometimes when she is painting & it comes out too perfect she has to do an "off stroke" or it's not believable that it was individually hand painted.

Did you crochet over the tail or sew it in later? It could be the tail was tugged too snuggly & causing it to pull it off square. Or maybe your beginning stitch tension was tighter in the beginning. I know as I get tired, my tension can loosen.
