The low-fat craze never made sense to me... just don't eat ice cream. Also, Blue bell is an expensive high-end brand because they use actual cream; most ice creams have to be called "frozen dessert" so I don't understand how any of these are bad in all honestly. Blue Bell is made in Texas and is only sold across the deep south and parts of the central Midwest. I can buy it in Kansas City, but I prefer Blue Bunny ice cream from Iowa. 😃

My wife bought Blue Bell small cups, half vanilla and half chocolate. The taste of either wasn't great I've had much better of both. What stood out for me was the vanilla was called "Homemade." I know most store sold products that claim homemade aren't really, but all the ingredients should be obtainable in a store to be made at home. The recipe was more you would find in a chemistry class. I recommend taking the "homemade" off the label or make some major changes in the product. For me I'm done with Blue Bell, it's a waste of freezer space, packaging, and money.
