Thanks for the tour. It's great you're willing to experiment with lots of different things and seems like you're having fun with it. btw that one 'mystery' plant you pointed out sure looks like a geum. Which may be perennial for you, that's why it looks so good now.
I started my fall crops around July. I have 2 beds covered with insect netting which combined have about 4 cauliflower, 8 broccoli, 2 cabbage and 3 celery left from summer. I have garlic, carrots, beets, chard, wheat and bitter melon. We haven’t had a hard frost but will get pretty close next week - zone 6.
Commenting before watching the video. In Boston, my survivors are Kale, Bok Choy, Swiss Chard, Lavender, Rosemary and Scallions. Mint also, but Mint survives most temperatures

Thanks for watching! Always try to keep it fun in the garden
Nice! Alot of personality going on! Love the swiss, beautiful!
Swiss chard never lets me down!
That’s so frustrating. But there’s something fun in starting over in the areas you have to dig up.
To be expected!

those will all hold up pretty well to a frost! sounds like a good variety too.
wow and zamzam water
Chard is related to beetroot. The seeds are the same too. So that's why the root is plumping up like that
yeah just wondering if it's edible in the same way!
@thecottagepeach sounds like the title of your next video. A Winter stew with chard root. Maybe you'll like it better than beetroot? 😅

Mint is almost too resilient 😅
@@thecottagepeach very true. I got rid of a lot recently. I need more space to plant food
Hi
What grow zone are you in?
I’m in zone 6b!
I planted an entire pack of purple kale seeds, not a single one sprouted :(. And it's exactly where my normal kale grew ao wonder what went wrong
Sometimes you just get a bad pack of seeds!
awe it's ok. it's winter so plants are expected to be brown.
Yeah seasons are changing for sure
