Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan i.e DLC is generated for individual pensioner using his/her Aadhaar number and Biometrics.
With a view to bring into existence a centrally controlled administered mechanism involving Pensioners Associations in the country, the Pensioners' Portal would function as a single window mechanism
The department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare is the nodal department for formulation of policies relating to pension & other retirement benefits of Central Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners. It also serves as a forum for redress of Pensioners' Grievances

I am defence rtd civilian pensioner .Retired from the rank of A E in 2002.I have been transferred to Sparsh got my I D password ect .Now when I open Sparsh portal I am getting only three options
a)pension slip
b)Indentification /status
C) tract service status
I am not getting fourth option ie personal details etc with the result I am not able to check my spouse ,service, and bank details and could not progress my PDV for verification.
I am pre 2016 rtd pensioer.

Sir mair pitaji ko army or DSC ki pension milti hai DSC ki pension toh sparsh me migrate ho gyi hai but Army wali pension abhi bhi migrate nhi hui hai. Aur sir donu pension SBI k alag alag branch k khate me aati hai .
Aur sir pension bhi na badh kar aayi hai aur na he arrear aaya hai .

Jai hind Sir, I am Pre 2016 pensioner. in Pension slip of Sep 22 Pan, Aadhar etc all infor are showing correctly. But in latest pension slip of Jan 23 not showing above info. Why? Corr PPO generated msg recd on 15 Nov 22, but till Corr PPO not recd. Why? Next date of Identi showing as "NA" in pension slips. I have already uploaded DLC which is showing as 30 Nov 2023 in Status on SPARSH. Why? Pl explain.

My sister is a family pensioner and she has completed 80 years of age on 14th November 23 and as per the PPO she's entitled for additional pension for crossing 80 years of age, but she did not receive additional pension for advanced age from November till now. In this regard, when I contacted sparsh pcda they informed me that since DOB has been left blank in the PPO, they cannot effect the payment of additional pension. So I raised a service request thru DPDO in the sparsh portal for updating the DOB in the PPO by attaching copy of an old original PPO, wherein the DOB has been clearly mentioned. But the same was rejected by the HOO record office without any valid reason. When I contact the sparsh nodal officers none of them are lifting my call and it's now more than three months till now the additional pension amount has not been released by the sparsh pcda for my sister aged 80 years. Hence please help me how to pursue this matter. Awaiting your quick solution. Regards Raman
