Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan i.e DLC is generated for individual pensioner using his/her Aadhaar number and Biometrics.
With a view to bring into existence a centrally controlled administered mechanism involving Pensioners Associations in the country, the Pensioners' Portal would function as a single window mechanism
The department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare is the nodal department for formulation of policies relating to pension & other retirement benefits of Central Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners. It also serves as a forum for redress of Pensioners' Grievances

सशस्त्र बलों के लिए पेंशन स्वीकृति और संवितरण आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए पेंशन प्रशासन प्रणाली (रक्षा) (स्पर्श) SPARSH लागू की जा रही है। यह प्रणाली रक्षा लेखा विभाग द्वारा PCDA (P), प्रयागराज के माध्यम से प्रशासित की जाएगी और Army Navy and Airforce including Civ pensioners तीनों सेवाओं और संबद्ध संगठनों को Pension System पूरा करेगी
एक बार जब आपका पेंशन प्रोफाइल स्पर्श सिस्टम में माइग्रेट हो जाता है, तो आपको सूचित किया जाएगा और आपको अपना लॉगिन/यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड प्रदान किया जाएगा। यदि आपको अपना लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो आपको घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।

Jai hind Sir, I am Pre 2016 pensioner. in Pension slip of Sep 22 Pan, Aadhar etc all infor are showing correctly. But in latest pension slip of Jan 23 not showing above info. Why? Corr PPO generated msg recd on 15 Nov 22, but till Corr PPO not recd. Why? Next date of Identi showing as "NA" in pension slips. I have already uploaded DLC which is showing as 30 Nov 2023 in Status on SPARSH. Why? Pl explain. How to raise grievances?
