Sir मेरे बाबा को defence service pention मिलता है। उनकी age 99 years हो गई है तो डिजिटल life certificate submit नही हो पा रहा है उनका थंब नही लग पा रहा है क्योंकि उनके उंगली की सारी रेखाएं मिट गया है।
मैने sbi bank में life certificate 2 बार जमा किया। पहली बार में ppo no गलत भर दिया था, दुसरी बार ppo no सही भरा, 10 दिन से ऊपर हो गए हैं

Now, if she change the name in Adhar, she will have to change the same in passport and all the possible documents you can think of. Is there a way to refer to “one and same” certificate that was used earlier to solve the problem? OR is there a way to resume the pension without changing name in Adhar? Any other documents that could be used? Please advise.

hii you have to first submit your Life certificate according to your own Sparsh Ppo and then login to your sparsh Portal for Adhar Consent and PAN Card Update

मेरा नाम service record के अनुसार नहीं है। इसलिए आधार वैलीडेशन फेल हो रही है और मेरा सपर्श पोर्टल complaint के लिए नहीं खुल रहा। मैं जब भी खोलता हूं तो आता है आपका आधार सपर्श में अपडेट नहीं है। और मैं कोई भी काम इस पोर्टल पर नहीं कर पा रहा। PCDA, AOC records, , DPDO, Defence Ministary सबको लिख चुका हूं। इसी पोर्टल पर पहले ये खुलता था तो 2 बार complaint lodge कर चुका हूं। जिला सैनिक बोर्ड के जरिये भी रिकार्ड आफिस को लिख चुका हूं। न त़ कोई उत््र मिला कहीं से नही मेरा नाम ठीक हुआ। आधार वैलीडेशन फेल ही आ रहा है। कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

My name is not correct, my wife's name is not there in the PPO. Sparsh portal says RECORD HAS BEEN DISCREPANT AS SOME BASIC DATA IS MISSING. PLEASE CONNECT PCDAP ALLAHABAD FOR DATA UPDATION TO ENABLE CORRIGENDUM PPO.
My HOO has forwarded all necessary documents to PCDAP but they are again and again replying that corrections will be made by my HOO. Please help and provide your contact number and email ID.
