Mere father 2000 se pehlay ke pensioner hai .father ka naam reneue record mai Saroop singh hai lekin service record mai sarup chand hai. Aadhar card mai father ka naam saroop singh alias sarup chand hai.kya Aadhar card saparsh pension portal mai accept hoga .Pehlay Jeevan pramaan mai accept hota tha.

To submit mlc is a great problem for pensioners above 75 years especially who have no knowledge of mobile/computers. Too difficult.

Sir, my name and my wife's DOB was corrected by record office and new eppo issued. But in sparsh my wife's DOB is wrong. Not as per eppo. 2. When some details were corrected i. e. DOB of wife, permanent address correction and wanted to upload documents -upload is not happening in any form of the document. What to do? Saved the corrections as draft in sparsh portal.

What to do if a pre 2016 pensioner dies without full family details mentioned in records
Sir. I am pre 2016 pensioner. I submitted my life certificate by filling the form in PNB , on 4/11/2022 and on the same moment it was uploaded and sent to sparsh portal. However I received my sparsh ppoNo only in first week of December. I am receiving messages from sparsh team every day to complete identification, verification. Also due date for next identification is not shown. Should I again submit my life certificate through sparsh portal. MLC. I don't have biometric device. Pl guide. I have downloaded the MLC form. Can I upload a copy of manual certificate submitted to my bank on 4/11/2022.
I have raised a grievance through my mobile sparsh for PAN NUMBER update but I think I couldn't uploaded PAN NUMBER document correctly and thus grievance can't be updated and showing pending for along time. What to do now ?

12 digit eppo or sparsh PPO only
I am not able to login digital locker site as there are lot of discrepancies in the data. Whereas in some other cases they have written the name of family pensioner correctly. Hence I am not able to download my PPO from the site. Please guide me how to resolve my problem.
