It seems PCDA is not taking action for initiating family pension of widows , In my case pensioner death occured 0n 29 Aug 22 reported death and till now no action from SPARSH. While giving complaint through phone getting reply that you will have to wait further. Can anyone help?

I am a defence family pensioner and my son is a disabled person. In the event of my death, please let me know how I must initiate family pension for my disabled son, whose name hasn't been included in the PPO, but as per pcda directions, his claim for grant of family pension will be entertained only at the time of contingency arises. When there's a provision to nominate my disabled son's name in the PPO in advance as per the central government rules, then how I must initiate proceed to initiate his claim for grant of pension. Please clarify in this regard.

Actually first you have to submit the death certificate in district sainik board together with a form related to depended details,,then they will write to record office and then record office will write a official letter to PCDA alhabad about the death of pension er, once the data is verified. Family pension will be allocated to the next dependent and you will receive PPO n number and userd id which if PPO num+02 as extension to original pensioners mobile number.
First if the record office is not informed about the death through sainik bord with death certificate attested from sainik bord, it will be waste even if you rise multiple requests through SPERSH as the first approver is record office
Yes absolutely right. Death report and family pension request submitted through SPARSH, Zila Sainik Board sent attested copy of death certificate to Record office. After 4 months record office informed mismatch in Aadhaar card details with Record office data. Corrective action taken to update record office data with Aaadhaar card. Mismatch is only in Family pensioner initial before and after the name. Why all this should stop the family pension of a lady who is getting frequently getting admitted in hospital due to serious illness. Now finally SPARSH id is issued to the family pensioner with a wrong Bank account number. She cannot submit Life certificate and start getting her dues. Record office is still believing on letters sent by spped post ,opening it after 10 days,there after keep searching files to locate the letter.. At least in this case we are far away from DIGITAL INDIA. This lady does not know who will listen to her grievance!
