- We explore more of Hyderabad around Hussain Nagar lake in India where we meet locals from all walks of life. The Indian locals help me explore and somehow I end up being invited by the police commander as the guest of honor to hear the brass band play for a very special occasion. In the evening I experience the speedboat and the slow boat on the lake where the latter takes me to the Buddha statue on a small island.

That is the statue of Dr B.R. Ambedkar. He is the father of the Indian constitution and social reformer, jurist, author, first law minister in India. The UNO recognised him as a symbol of knowledge. He sacrificed his entire life to eradicate inequalities and racism, slavery and untouchability in our society.
He is an inspirational person for millions of Indians.
