    Navi means New. So the place you are currently staying is a sort of New Mumbai which was sort of developed just a 3-4 decades ago. Hence it is well planned and has a lot of empty spaces as compared to the island city of Mumbai. You will find some of the most wealthy neighbourhoods like NRI complex in Navi Mumbai as well as commercial spaces just like mumbai.

    Bro you felt that difference because Navi Mumbai is relatively young city so most of it is well planned and recently constructed and has less population unlike mumbai which is up from hundreds of years so the town planning becomes difficult and it feels bit chaotic... The term Navi itself means new in Marathi the local language of Maharashtra.. And i also want to add all the foreigners only visit big city's in India that's why they think India is crowded and chaotic but if you head twords rural places they are developed but are less populated and caotic and thats where 70-80% Indians live. 👍🏻❤️ loved your video.

    Just found your channel, really enjoy your style of just hopping fences and talking to people. Assuming the goal is to grow the channel (and get more revenue to keep travelling), use shorts on UA-cam and insta. Just recut your older videos and feature interacting with locals and trying new experiences and then release 3-5/day leading up to the release of your next video. To learn Hindi best, keep in mind things you wanted to, but couldn't communicate and ask the fluent English speakers you meet how to say them. Google translate is kinda crap for conversational Hindi(because the written form, which it learns from, is kinda esoteric )

    • @div1249
      @div1249 Рік тому

      And for a look into the hidden/exploratory side of Indian travel, check out a channel called "Ride with Frenchy". As you might have guessed, it is a French/kinda Aussie dude riding a bike around. He's been here for 6+ months, just entered his 15th state and has barely spent any time in the Western UA-camr safe city zone of Delhi - Mumbai - Chennai - Kolkata. Sorry to be reductive but these metropolitans might have their own distinct cultures and history but outside of that they are mostly homogenized commercial hubs. To get a taste(and adoration) of real Indian tourism, go to places where Indians themselves go on vacation. You seem like a very personable dude and I hope you have the best time there.
      P.S. I was born in India but I moved to Canada before I had money to really travel. Now when I go back, I'll be with a couple of non-indian friends so I watch these videos as research and sometimes if the edibles kick in at the right time, I become extremely verbose...
