Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I encourage you to continue doing this. You are an excellent communicator, very authentic, expontaneus, intelligent and charismatic. You have the ability to simplify and put into the right perspective very complicated and painful emotions.

I absolutely also pray and let things go as I say even out loud sometimes “God I’m going to leave this up to you, whatever you want for me or need me to see or know I trust that you will make it so”… I honestly don’t know if anyone is listening except my subconscious. But that doesn’t mean it’s pointless because I believe we cannot prove or disprove the existence of a God, I’m an agnostic, BUT I have faith. Faith doesn’t require proof, it’s a choice to believe in the greater good. And I have had been shown time and time again almost immediate responses when I pray. When I ask for signs or enlightenment about a problem or confusion or am drowning in emotions, for relief… and somehow some way it always comes. This is why I have faith.

Many people are deficient in Magnesium, Magnesium deficiency makes all that worse. Panic attacks stress anxiety .

But the biggest fear always comes at night time. Why does this happen.. If there is any movement in the body at night timeIf there is any movement in the body like a chest pain then I sit all night, I am afraid

Yes night time is the hardest and the worst. I think it’s because there’s less distractions unlike during the day we usually have a lot going on. At night is when I’ve learned is best to practice deep breathing exercises laying in bed while meditating. Focusing on the breathing pattern. Also if you’re spiritual in any way, I find this is a good time to pray (for strength, for relief, for guidance, for gratitude).
You’ve got this! Your anxiety cannot control your life! You are in control! Remind yourself of that everyday!

how do we deal fatigue with fogginess

I’m still figuring that out. I don’t have panic attacks anymore but i think I do have chronic fatigue from a sort of cptsd from my experiences.
I still deal with both. I try to exercise at least a little everyday or 3 times a week. I combine walking briskly for 30 mins or an hour one day and do some light weights another day.
I try to consume healthy stuff, I’m not perfect but I try. I try to stay hydrated and get to bed at a reasonable hour.
Life can be so stressful and we are so complex there isn’t always one solution to a problem it’s a combination of different efforts.
