To steroid users ; are muscles more important than your kidneys, liver, glands, vision , nervous system, heart and testicles ? All these parts suffer from steroid usage. Think twice and act wise.

Another reason people decide to take roids is because they have a truly flawed image of themselves. Bigorexia is a very real thing. Trust me, you don't need to be giant and shredded like the guys you see on social media to get girls and/or to have a strong character. (getting girls is a big reason guys wanna take the juice, let's be honest).
In a generic sense, these are my goals: Lift naturally, eat right, strengthen my mental fortitude and improve my social skills.

ye especially if you realize that if you live a healthy life, you can enjoy life perfectly even after 50 without necessarily having health problems (except for hereditary things ofc and other diseases not preventable by your lifestyle) and so the reasoning of these kids becomes flawed bc they are convinced you can't enjoy life as you used to after 50

@@user-us4mc7ej3c Lol, Spartan soldiers literally used to remain on active duty until 60 (google it), and some commanders and kings remained active even longer, and this was back during the BC's when steroids or trt didn't even exist (and stfu with the bull testicles bullshit if someone is going to say that, doing that only increases testosterone for a brief period of time, in the same away doing heavy compound lifts does, if anyone thinks bull testicles can work as PEDs they are heavily misinformed.) Good shit man. This is very true. I want to stay natural because fitness is like everything else in life there is no free lunch. You work hard and smart, you get the best results. If you take shortcuts, they won't be FREE.
If you MUST get to an objective by a given time and your body can't do it naturally with a good program and nutrition, it's probably because it's a bad objective. If your solution to this is to enhance yourself instead of adjusting your objectives, just know that it's not free and you will have to pay the price sooner or later.

Last year I was weighed 225, start programming.
    Now....I'm 205, 12-15% BF.
Bench 285, squat 380, and deadlift, 425!!!! In a YEAR! ONE F ing year.
I can tell you, I didnt lose shit after even 18 years of nothing. Shit came back fast AF, plus some.
Thia dude is spot on. He believes what I believe everything in this video. Just hard fucking work, and and drive more focused than Indy car racers.

First time I did orals (right before they became illegal in USA few years ago) I think it was the 2nd cycle I was on, no matter how good my intentions were and how careful I was starting out, I abused them and got pancreatitis and was peeing blood. I threw away the pills and stopped everything and went back to plant based to detox (at the time I thought I needed animal protein). My doctor said it was a miracle I made it out of that, which I did.

I was having some panic attack issues which I went through all kinds of tests to figure out what was causing it. It was low t since I started TRT I haven’t had one panic attack. For that reason I am definitely happy I started. And I plan on doing al the required blood work to make sure I don’t cause any other damage from it. My strength has gone up but definitely not to an unnatural level.

I've been following Alex for a while and he honestly is natty. You can never say anything for certain but if you have been lifting for years, you can honestly tell who is natty or not. If you aren't honestly having people question your natty status as a natty, you aren't doing it right. People for decades have been lied to about the natty limit and potential and have low barred natty expectations. For all we know, Alex, Eric, Omar, etc are juicing. But I honestly and sincerely doubt that as much as I doubt I'm going to die tomorrow by an alien invasion. These guys could be juicing but my certainity that they aren't is 99.9%. Just because there is the existence of uncertainity doesn't make me loss sleep at night. Like I don't actually know if gay frogs are running the world, but I'm very certain they aren't. It's literally everything in life. Uncertainity should be there to test out the facts and you should be able to weight out the options to what is most rational.

Wow I can’t believe I underestimated my own potential (especially me IG @JoeyMayen)
I can get HUGE and STRONG without losing gains
Natural training (as Alex pointed out to me) increases forever
Although it’s slow, it’s always forward progress 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
      My Natural Goals:
      1) 220LB (100kg) as lean as naturally possible
      2) 20 inch arms
      3) 225 Overhead/ 315 bench/ 495 Deadlift (I’m at 475)
      4) Muscle-Up
I already squat 405/ Row 315 which were on my goals list before
      THANKS ALEX 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Haven't watched you in a bit, but this is a good and important video. Some people don't care about living a long time. I'm planning on staying natural, but I don't care if I live into my 80's. What's the point of being old lol

A lot of roids that are geared towards appearance make Vo2 max very substandard and have other bad effects on cardio. It might be more rewarding for most people to be able to run and not gas out.

It´s so sad ... I am the only natural lifter who is left among my friends ... They are all 225 - 245 and on the juice ...I´m 6 foot 205 lbs and feelin kinda small compared to them lol. I can´t understand why they don´t have the patience and mind power to stay natural. For me personal it has never been a temptation because I don´t wann lie to myself and cheat like that. It´s not my power and strength ... only chemistry. Yeah they may look huge and bigger than me now but let´s see in 20 years from now... I´ll dwarf them hahaha. Keep it natural guys, it´s the only way of a true Iron warrior!!!!!

    • @IronMaster555
      @IronMaster555 6 років тому +6

@ Joe M damn right man ... The problem is they think that I´m not as jacked than they are because of my program and not because of the fact that I´m natural. All I would need to do is train like they do but that´s complete bullshit ... they don´t know anything about natural training. They train with a bro split every muscle just once a week and don´t get the purpose of training every muscle at least twice per week as a natural.

Going on gear is as a hardcore strength athlete is dangerous because the muscle will grow too fast and the risk of tearing a muscle goes up drastically. Thats my biggest reason for staying natty. Avoiding injuries is primary goal.

Ismail Sheikh but that’s not a victory goal for everybody, some people want to become high-level powerlifters or bodybuilders (or at least have that look) but pushing themselves to the max while staying natural forever won’t do a lot for their goals

Prime 1980's Mike Tyson pre 1991/92 before he went to prison didn't touch weights he only ran , boxed and did calisthenics only after he was released from jail in 1995 did he begin to do weights (check the interview link!) Many boxing coaches were opposed to weight training back in the day! The argument or that is Evander Holyfield , Nigel Benn etc etc.
