Changing careers when people RELY ON YOU financially (parents, children, siblings)

You may be hesitant to change careers because people in your family are relying on you financially. As a responsible person, you feel that you need to take care of them, and continue to stay in your stable job to earn money to cover their expenses. Which is fine, up to a certain time and to a certain limit. But when your need to change careers, leave your job, and do something else becomes so pressing that it messes with your physical and mental health, you have to put yourself first.
