The damage he rolled on all of this was INSANE. Highly recommend watching the damage dealt on this as well. I've never seen such carnage from a single spell such as this, but that's why it's called Meteor Swarm. It's a nasty spell.
The only saving grace is that there a lots of different magical items/racial traits/class features that give resistance to fire and bludgeoning damage, and at least if you succeed the Dex save the damage is halved. But yeah, die for die, I’m pretty sure Meteor Swarm has you rolling for the most damage.
I just did the numbers when it comes to how many characters the cr crew rolled (exandria specifically)for with these extra ones for tailsin, laura, and ashley. Im pretty sure sam is still #1 with seven with nott/veth being two different race im counting them separately and that bull character from the live event. Everyone else is spread out across 5 or 6 and matt is last with dariax. Please correct me if I am wrong.
You're most likely right but did you count the prestream characters. For example before Percy, taliesin played a dragonborne paladin back when Vox Machina was still known as the S.H.I.T.S. I think a few other players switched characters during the stream as well hope this helps with your count. Definitely a fun thing to learn though thanks for sharing.
@@sadknight2826 im not to familiar enough to know about anything from the home game so I wouldn't have counted it anyway but I think I remember hearing that somewhere a long time ago if that is true then he would be on 7 with Sam do you happen to know if anyone else switched characters if so how many
So looking back into it the prestream adventure was A Myriad of Possibilities and besides taliesin being a different character marsha and ashley were not a part of the game yet. I thought there were more differences but I was wrong it was just taliesin. If I think of any others I'll be sure to leave another message. Thanks for the comments
there's a anime Called Death March the First episodes basically this there's only one season and I recommend to watch it it's really good but I don't know if like this future plans of season 2 or something
@@coffeeandbows In 5e quickened spell does not allow you to cast two leveled spells, it just lets you cast your leveled spell as a bonus action instead of an action. So you can use your action to dash, cast a cantrip, use class features, etc. etc. etc.

Could he actually cast a 9th level spell as a quickened spell? How many sorcery points does he have?
Quickened spell only requires two sorcery points for it to work, its so good lol

The action was a Clockwork Sorcerer class feature if I am not mistaken 👌
His acrion was clockwork cavalcade, the 18th level clockwork soul sorcerer feature.
There’s a feat that lets you do that. Although it wasn’t needed in this situation.
