    Yes you’re right, a little bit of stress can be beneficial but it’s important to recognise the signs of increasing levels of stress in yourself. Yoga, meditation and having an uncluttered environment definitely help me too💗

    There's something to be said about being around nature, especially water, that I find incredibly calming too. I live in Amsterdam where there are canals everywhere and lots of water - similar yet different to Maui, I guess. Just taking a walk outside, walking over the bridges and by the water helps relieve some of the stress at the end of the day. Thanks for sharing! ❤️

    I have my whole childhood so anxious because of the cruel relationship between my parents. So it's might be like, I have been living my whole life stressful. I wanna pursue my dream even i have a stressful life. Several days ago, I'm really gotten so stressed after finding out, that, my middle aged uncle who pretend to adores me actually jealous of me cause i'm on my way to become successful. It's cruel to think, my uncle wants to ruined my dreams. My cousins are also jealous. I hates nepotism so i don't have any close relationship with them but my father do. Even some people makes me feel bitter i wanna be more better. I wanna enjoy every single moment of my stressful life. I'm sorry for my big comment. But you are the only one who makes me feel so cozy with.

    I went through so much stressed in my life, and so watching this kind of video really helps me on what to do,, i think one big thing that i did recently is to quit my job because i know that somebody sorrounds me there are toxic people, because everyday they do anything that make my day bad.. 😣😣Thank you ms.     The tone, rhtythm of your voice is appropriate to the topic. So is the background, the run down of photos as you talk. Agree with your input, am a nurse professor and i teach psychiatric nursing. As a teacher the virtual class sometimes take a toll on me. Being a psych teacher does not exempt me. Wen on break, i watch your channel. Destressing. Becoming a regular.

    Stress is so real. And there are also a section of people who are totally unaware that they are battling with stress,not that they are ignorant it's just because they haven't been really educated on it. It's so important now,more than ever,that stress should not be normalise and should not take over our peace and happiness in life.

    My room is my sanctuary as well, that's we really took the time making it feel welcoming so we are able to relax and unwind at the end of our days and wake up refreshed. I also find when im all nice and cozy when I read a book im more absorbed in the novel and enjoy it more. Love all the tips you gave in this video 💕

    Taking my dogs for a walk in the woods is my Best way distress distress. But it gets cold where I am and I can’t go out in the snow and ice because of a prior knee injury. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to live somewhere warmer to enjoy my life to its fullest.

    Awesomeness. I live in NYC & Everytime I go out I & everyone on a train is bombarded by insanity of all sorts. Also as you walk through the city here. Meditation has helped me master my nervous system & it's been put to the test. I look forward to leaving the city one day. But I'm mastering my craft in the chaos & I feel that's been very important to me.

    I felt stressful since I was young due to a difficult family environment. I wanted to learn meditation since I was ten. But I finally started when I was 25. So for me, dealing with stress started much much earlier than most people. I feel blessed that I know how to deal with stress through my daily meditation and learning new spiritual songs to sing. My spiritual guide really has been a great help for me. He encouraged his students to take up regular sports and learn how to meditate. I have had the privilege to learn meditation under the direct guidance of an enlightened master.
    Now looking at all the stresses that people are going through due to this pandemic, I feel so blessed to have learnt many things while I was younger. They helped me to deal with stress so much more. Having a spiritual guidance really have been so helpful for me. My guru helped me to find my direction in my life and stay focus throughour all these years.
    Learning to connect with the Divine has been a great relief for me. I learn to trust that I am being guided and protected. Reading my Guru’s aphorisms has been a great uplifting experience for me. My Guru is so connected with me that almost everytime I get into a difficult situation, I will almost always find an answer from reading his writings. It’s as if he was right there in his words telling me what to do at the most crucial moment. Many seekers who read his books said the same thing.
    Whenever they were in difficulty, the next moment when th flip out a page, they will find the answer right there in that page.

    At 68, I have finally gotten to a no stress point of life. I live one minute, one hour, one day at a time. I smile at everyone i pass. Wave to other drivers. Making others feel good, makes me feel good. Married 48 years, kids, grandkids, I love being active and still pursue as many sports and such as I can. Blessings from Florida.

    So helpful! Yeah we have so many stresses in our lives and these tips are really fantastic. One tip I would add, which I know if difficult for some people. But try to have one day. Just one day, where you don't do anything. One day that you can dedicate to resting and taking care of yourself. I mean like a full 24 hours. The rest of the week we are busy and stressed out, but to take one day, where the only thing that's planned is nothing...helps a lot. I do think all the things you mentioned, like changing your living space is very helpful is creating a less stress atmosphere. Awesome stuff Sophie!
