    01. Give yourself some breathing space
    02. Meditate
    03. Think about it from the perspective of 10 minutes - 10 months - 10 years
    04. Journal it out
    05. Identify the tasks needed to be done and sort them out on the basis of priority
    06. Move your body (Exercise, Take a Walk, Stretch)
    07. Reframe your perspective
    08. Remember its not the end of the world
    09. Zoom out as much as possible.
    10. Ask necessary questions
    11. Prioritize and Let Go
    12. Make a NOT To-do list
    13. Breakdown your task into smaller bits
    14. Practice grounding
    15. Remember that you are doing great

      That's why I've never done journaling. Not cause I feel embarrassed but my thoughts are safe in my head, putting them down is risking someone reading them, and I'm a very private person with trust issues 😂

      Sometimes I burn or shred them afterward. That feels really good too. You can also dispose of a note by putting it in a plastic grocery bag and pouring milk on it. After a day in the trash, no one will ever try to open it and read your notes! They’ll all be smudged and stick together and it will smell horrible 😂

      You could just hide it between your mattresses. At the end of the day, journaling isn’t for everyone but to say your embarrassed is pretty invalidating to yourself. You are valid on how you feel and should feel safe enough to be 100% honest with yourself.

      @@lavendaire I'm in my early 20s and I'm struggling with these mental thoughts. Worrying about my 8-5 job tomorrow, I get bored doing that job. I could care less about what my boss and coworkers think of me. All I want to do is clock out at 5 and go home. I think I am still young, just lost. I've been trying so hard to figure out MY LIFE. My parents have never been successful in their lives. They played it safe, worked worked worked, bought a house in their early 40s and now they're both nearing 50 years old, if everything goes well they have less than 30 years left on this planet. And they didn't get anything out of it. And they expect me to do the same.

    1. Give yourself breathing space 2. Try the 10-10-10 rule 3. Journal it out 4. Move your body 5. Reframe your perspective 6. Prioritize & let go --> have a "NOT-to-do List" 7.Break down big project into smaller tasks 8. Grounding ❤❤❤

    this is a great timing! i planned that to have a life reset on the next month but i feeel so overwhelmed that I don't know where to start ! Love the idea of the 10-10-10 rule. I'll definitely try it now!

    Nature definitely helps me. I love going to a park and sit on the bench or grass and just breathe in the fresh air. I do journaling too. ❤

    I do really have stress sometimes because of my family always want me to succeed in life and my goal is to work hard in school and get degree I've always wanted to work in a job space to earn good money & I would invest in a lot of things your videos taught me to let go of certain things in my life Thank you for that ❤🙌🏽🙏🏾😀😊

    Thank you for sharing, great tips. I like that you go over multiple options. I find it's helpful to have a variety of tools that help me regulate my mind and body because one day a technique may work and the next day, not so much.

      honestly, you have to start doing it to learn to love it. doing quick (10-15 min) HIIT workouts sucks at first, but you will get used to it and even crave it soon enough. the hardest part is getting started but you will be so happy you started exercising.
