Btw, I am a vegan bcoz i know first hand how milk is produced in india. It is full of antibiotics like amonoglycosides, cephalosporins and tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones. So, i dont recommend any1 to drink milk unless u hav ur own cow at home nd u know about elimination times of these drugs from milk.
Besides there is direct correlation between casein intake and cancel cell prolifiration.

and otherwise normal people can take any multivitamin once or twice a week or max alternative days.

Sir u r right Whenever I take cream milk my stomach bloats and feel uncomfortable and loose motions ho jate h bt double tonned leta hu bilkul theek rehta hu...eska matlb kya samjhu sir?I should avoid full cream
Excessive carbs ,fats(sugars in milk) and proteins(some times) will make ur stomach to bloat...so add enough fibres (veg) to ur diet.....note : mainly sugar fermentation by bacteria In stomach leads to gas production (fart)

Hi Sir, Really grateful to have you in this world. I started to watch the series and in the last video, you said not to drink protein shakes immediately after workout, if targeting weight loss. Rather drink water, and body will absorb protein from water to convert into glucose. But does water have protein, I did a google search and it says, water does not have carbohydrates, proteins, fats etc. Do let know if I misunderstood something

Bhai this happens when one consumes protein deficient diet. He is in a skinny fat stage. Uski eating habits Sahi nhi h. use kahe workout kre aur junk n processed food bnd krde aur protein intake bhadaye. I had d same prob in teenage.

That is because of genetics, males tends to get fat around stomach and female tends to get fat around hips, thighs, arms and breasts.

Hi sir, i like the way you teach us about our health. Basically, i live in Canada. I am long haul truck driver, usually out of home for 4-5days in a week. So all time sitting on driving seat (ofcourse 7-8hrs in sleeping bunk), please suggest me how can i manage my physical exercise and what exercise i can do to maintain my body muscle and how can balance my diet.
