    I haven't found any one giving so clear and transparent advice , every one else is just running their agenda , some dont even understand right way to read research , a New bee you tuber pulls any research paper from anywhere and makes a theory out of it without understanding research can be manipulated too . Sir please say this on your channel , not to follow any random research available .

    I drink coffee daily as a pre
    -workout before going to gym , its effect on my face with pimples and all day headche & lazyness.
    Now i use in alternate days.

    I am training myself for physical test to qualify an exam. So should I take caffeine on daily basis for a month?
    Some channels are suggesting caffeine before workout and L-carnatine after workout...
    Pls suggest me the best...

    Sir also please clarify about L - arginine which is used as preworkout.. n ARG9 supplement from medical store which also has Proanthocyanidin in it..can we use it daily..or it has side effects in similar line with caffeine. Thnks in advance once again.

    I drink 4 cup of black coffee (1 large spoon each).. Is this okay sir?... I can't work without coffee. After taking coffee, I feel that I am on different planet. Thank you sir.

    As i am preparing for competative exams i need to take coffee whenever i feel exhausted. So is it safe if I(25yr) have two cup of black coffee(4table spoon) daily.?
    I dont drink coffee with milk.
    Anyway LOTs of love from ASSAM.
    And U dont know how many liitle hearts u have won by doing this..

      Riya Nirbana in my view please stop taking coffee ...Earlier I had addicted to black coffee ..and I have experienced its side effects are more than its benefits ...
      Luckily you are from Assam where worlds highest quality tea is growing ...,shift to tea..
      Take cofffee just as your pre work out supplement ..

    Thank you so much for this talk. It was quite an eye opener. I'm someone who doesn't take pre-workouts but a cup of black Starbucks coffee does the trick for me before a workout. And that has been working for me very well. and another cup I have after an hour of my lunch. This I do everyday. After hearing what you had to say I'm looking forward to giving up my pre-workout coffee on a regular bases. But would you recommend giving up coffee completely, I do practice not drinking any coffee beyond 5 pm for the reason mentioned in your video of Lack of Sleep.
    Never the less thanks a ton for an informative video.

    Around 20 minutes mein
    For studying at night I used to drink black coffee but it doesn't work, mujhe 15-20 min mein neend aa jati h

    My advice - cycle black coffee after every 2 months and stay off for 2 months . To beat the acidic effect of black coffee take wheat grass before black coffee intake.

    Jb maine 1st time start kiya tha to within 1 week m pimples ana start ho gya
    To maine socha ki maye be kuch aur problem hoga bt 1 mnt tk leta rha to problem aur increase ho gyi thi tb mughe lga ki green tea mughe apne diet m s remove krna chahiye krna chahiye
    To maine green tea lena band kr diya
    To 1 mnth m meri pimples wali problem thik hona start ho gyi
    Bt baad m green tea k itne fayde hote h ye pd k fir s start kr diya fir whi problme repeat hua
    To mughe green tea ek dm s band krna pda
    Fir maine black coffee start ki bt black coffee k sath bhi meri same problem h to plzz mughe coffee continue krna chahiye ya apne diet s remove krna chahiye
    (Aur black coffee 1day m only 1 time hi leta ho mong m and same green tea bhi 1 day m 1 time leta tha wo bhi lunch ya dinner k 30-45 mnt baad )
    Plzzz sir mughe iske picche ka science Btaye ye aisa kyu hota h ki jb green tea ya coffee lena start krta hon to pimples ana. Start kyu ho jata h

    Arey sir idhar supplement shops full promote karte hain strong pre-workout drinks. I am a living example of what it can do. Anxiety ke chakkar mein itne confusions hue the teen saal pehle. Everyone was afraid at home that it could be a heart failure symptoms when I used to go breathless. Infact thoda sa heart dilate ho bhi Gaya tha even though doctors later on cleared me for any condition after watching eco cardiograph reports. 2 saal bilkul weightlifting chhodni padi thi mujhe. I used to go breathless in the gym. Today I am stronger than that time and lift more weights than I used to. Bacchon ko batao aajkal ke to koi seriously leta nahi chahe khud doctor hi kyun na bataye. Pre-workout mein kuch Lena hi hai toh creatine lo. Creatine kinase system is the primary source of energy in the body. Creatine and glucose the only two things you need to have before workout to ensure both creatine kinase and glycolytic cycles. The two primary sources of energy.

    1.5 g sachet just like nescafe sunrise of Indian coffee contains 47 mg of caffeine...which you take twice a day ...which is normal...
    According to Google 300 mg of caffeine/day is safe BT not in regular basis....

    Dr. Paramjeet singh ji , satshriakal.I am 72 yrs.I was advised 75 mg pregablin with vit. B12 due to muscular pain in thigh muscles.Also oa patient but manageable with ossur knee braces Feeling fine after taking pregablin for 2 months. Pls advise whether this nerve medicine is safe for long term use. Thanks.jagjeet singh
