Thank you so much for this talk. It was quite an eye opener. I'm someone who doesn't take pre-workouts but a cup of black Starbucks coffee does the trick for me before a workout. And that has been working for me very well. and another cup I have after an hour of my lunch. This I do everyday. After hearing what you had to say I'm looking forward to giving up my pre-workout coffee on a regular bases. But would you recommend giving up coffee completely, I do practice not drinking any coffee beyond 5 pm for the reason mentioned in your video of Lack of Sleep. Never the less thanks a ton for an informative video.

My advice - cycle black coffee after every 2 months and stay off for 2 months . To beat the acidic effect of black coffee take wheat grass before black coffee intake.
