First stand is similar to my double guitar stand by "Onstage" that holds an acoustic in front and a flat bodied electric on the back end

Foldable stands are great. The Flexzion looks super nifty! I have the Hercules HCGS-402B, I was looking at the smaller and lighter one that you showed there, but that had a couple of potential issues for me. All of my basses have Schaller S-Locks and some folks reported that the bass would not fit in the stand when the strap is attached. My Ibanez EHB has a bottom strap pin that isn't centered and in combination with the positioning of the input jack things can get a bit "hairy". Thankfully the HCGS-402B has adjustable rests so the stand can fit all of my basses with and without attached strap, even the ones that are a bit odd. Downside is that it's a bit heavy (maybe that also kind of a plus, because stability?), still fits in my gig bag though.
