I'm so proud of you for posting this xDDDDDD I love it. Also, i brought defense in my build because i still try to think about how i would run it outside of our isolated themes. Something realistic if i happened to be facing someone who was just playing regular BN. This was awesome. I'm sure the more you do this, the more you'll know how you want to present it. "Folder Building with Blue" is going to be fun lolz
GOD I love these games. There's a lot of tedious stuff they make you do, but for some reason I hardly ever mind. Adapting to what's available and your luck is what makes each playthrough fresh, though you eventually gotta go for more farm-heavy ones. Those limitations are such a cool layer, I've opted against folder flow in favor of total dmg dealt eventually or consistency/ease thereof, when good 1-3 code folders didn't come along yet. Sometimes you just do weird stuff like stack all the area-grabs etc. regardless of their code, some chips matching those, a lifesword, a prism with a wood buster style and invis chips... It's crazy how many different playstyles are encouraged, and how flexibly you can keep changing it up as you go. (Liberations a bit less) Another similar thing I wanna try on bn2 is lineout the sides, prism in the middle, fire buster style. You try one thing for the 1st time and immediately it gives you more ideas, these games are legendary. Iirc lineout and prism both come in Q, so pretty smooth vs. enemies that don't shut down lineout. Otherwise it'll be harder to force into middle panel, not to mention flying enemies. Panel grab could at least increase likelyhood of piercing both the prism and enemy vs. some of those, compensating for the 1 square lost to prism itself. I'd probably keep alternative folders ready for when I'm countered, that's that flexibility allowing all sorts of ideas.
I looked at the thumbnail from my notifications and just clicked, then looked at the timestamp and was like "how do you have 37 minutes of talking points about Gun Del Sol?"
When I was a little kid I never really bothered with seriously building my folders when I played BN2 3 and then when I was older a little bit 5 double team DS, but now thanks to going through BN 1, 2, 3, 5 and a bit of 6, I now have a good amount more of an understanding on how things work and it's actually really fun. The minute I got to building specific folders around getting some healing chips along with getting some good attack chips and program advances including some chips to get access to double souls I was having way too much fun with doing that. Reminds me I need to get back to playing through 6 so I can beat that but thanks for this very fun and interesting little video!
The folder building bgm sounds like some kind of mix of Wally’s theme from ORAS if it was some kind of idle menu theme. It’s nice. More importantly, you finally made a folder building video! Woohoo! And it’s gonna be a series, too? I am so excited
@@bridge2853 hmmmm, okays I see. Well, we've done summon themes for BN3 & BN6 so far. You can look back at those streams on my channel to see what kinda of stuff we did if you'd like. I'll consider doing another one for BN5 & the other games. But maybe since Blue asked for suggestions, maybe he'll also take this into consideration to try on his channel.
@@TheSqueakerNerd I appreciate that. Those chips were the only reason I bought the collection for switch after seeing the cartoon get rereleased on youtube
hey weird question, can I borrow this format if I put my own spin on it(literally just shitposting)? wanted to ask in case I accidentally make it too similar
it gets triggered by any attack instead of attacks that deal 10 or more damage. so you can just buster someone to get rid of it. only really useful in TFCs
You're better without a script than you give yourself credit for! Wouldn't worry too much about it, this was fun!

funny thing is that i don’t really talk about gun del sol in this vid
I had fun watching this and it introduced me to SqueakerNerd!

Taiyoh! Loved vibing to this before work. Can't wait to see more buddy. 😁

That's because it is lol
It's Wally's theme from ORAS
I would love to see a "Summoner" build. navis and virus calling stuff like that
We've done that theme 2 times in the past! Maybe we'll do another in BN5 if people want to do it.
@@TheSqueakerNerd I would very much appreciate a folder for each game so I have plan for each one

Is that the background music from the Gallade and Gardevoir 3ds theme?
Yes! We love your videos, my friend!
Give us more, please!
Honest opinion: if any BN games need advice with folder building, it's BN4 and BN5
a whole 36 minutes… this is gonna be interesting

dont think i even have a format for this yet dude, go do what ever idc. hope you have some fun with it
music list ?
why does anti damage suck in bn5? I thought it was the same

@@BlueStarSixtyFour omg it really does suck then
You should make folder for pve mob enemies for S rank gameplay.
