This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
Hi! How often do you need to Lubricating the brew group?
I do mine once 1 month, we have a big family with around 20 cup usage a day. Meaning I lubricate it after every 600 cups! you can buy the food grade grease if you cannot find the Philips' one
@@robocopvn is there any rule? At home we are two so we just drink 2 (maybe 4 at most) cups a day. Sounds like once a month is too often for me :P
@@GonzaloNDElia if only 2 cups per day in total you should only lubricate every 4 to 6 months at the most
Hello Philips,
I have my 2200 LatteGo since few days now, and I noticed ground coffee under the water tank.
When I open the brew group, there was coffee all arround. It stuck on the lubed places, it went into the service door hinge, it does not look and feel good. And this is happening after just 10 times using the machine.
Is this normal for the product, because I really did not expect it?

No answer about how often to lubricate the brew group?

grease and coffee don't mess with each other?
probably not, since the grease is for the moving part, and coffee will only go through the brewing tube
Wie reinige ich den Milchschäumer?
Der durchsichtige Milchbehälter ist sauber, die schwarze Halterung ebenso. Aber es kommt kein Milchschaum, nur Dampf. Wo und wie reinige ich hier.
Hallo Steffi, wie ärgerlich, dass es beim Aufschäumen der Milch derzeit zu Schwierigkeiten kommt. Entweicht Dampf zwischen dem Behälter und der Maschine? Dann könnte es sein, dass die Dichtung am Anschluss des Behälters nicht richtig sitzt oder erneuert werden müsste. what is the aquaclean filter type/no,?

Meine Frage ist, weil es den Eindruck erweckt, dass man auch gemahlenen Kaffee hinzufügen muss. Ich meine Kaffeebohnen und Kaffeepulver?
Hallo Adrian, danke für Deine Frage. Du kannst die LatteGo entweder mit Kaffeepulver, oder mit Kaffeebohnen verwenden. Du brauchst nicht beides gleichzeitig. Liebe Grüße 😊

is the lattego compatible with the machine that comes with a foaming tube?
Hi Alan, thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, the foam pipe cannot be replaced by the LatteGo.
Wie kann den dort Kaffeesatz hinkommen wo das Fett die Reibung reduzieren soll? Das ist ja wie Sand im Getriebe. Wie kann man sowas den Kunden verkaufen? Völlige Fehlkonstruktion. Eine "Soll" Bruchstelle...
