Вставка
- Опубліковано 17 сер 2024
- Many injured workers find themselves going to a settlement conference, and can find the whole process intimidating. Will you have to testify? What will the Judge do or order? Don't worry!! With an experienced lawyer you'll be prepared and, hopefully, come to an agreement you can accept. Call Kaplan Morrell at 303-780-7329 for more information.

Excellent information, thanks.
Thank you for watching!
Is it normal for the state of CO to ask for you to sign a waiver to not work for them if settling?
If I lose can I appeal decision?
Very good person explains everything
Thanks so much! Glad you found it helpful.
It was very helpful thank you so much and I do appreciate that I have a same situation I broke my elbow hurts my lower back and I was kind of wondering what is my settlement is going to be and I live in Dayton Ohio I might have to hire the attorney in this case Thank you so much God bless America
How often do your cases go to court ?
Hi Roy! These are rough numbers but will be pretty close - about 20% to 30% of our claims actually end up going to Hearing. (It's a hearing and not a "court" because there's no jury. I could go on but will bore you!) Most cases resolve or settle. Let us know if we can help you at 970-356-989 (Call or text) or go to attorney.chat/kaplanmorrell.
Ok thanks
I’m on injured at work and I still have a lot of appointments to go and also have appointments to see special list this week to discuss about my surgery or injections so now I got fired. I don’t know I’m going.help
One of my ex lawyer treated me, where to report him
You can file a complaint or request for investigation with the Office of Attorney Regulation. In Colorado you can find them here: coloradosupremecourt.com/index.asp
Have you ever had a first responder who got injured on duty and needed a lumbar fusion?
I've had the honor to represent several first responders. It's shameful they way County Insurance Companies treat them. Let me know if you need help.
