Thanks for posting this: At 10:09, the topic of using HHD to test cuff strength gets mentioned. My question relates to the clinical reasoning behind using a HHD. If we test cuff strength and find a deficit. Was it that the cuff strength was weak and thus be a contributor to their internal impingement or is it that they now have weak force out put due to pain inhibition or can it be a combination of both. How do you determine that cuff strength is a contributing factor to their internal impingement. Sorry if the question was confusing.
