I’d like to know what foods to eat to prevent prostrate cancer and most importantly to prevent the growth of the prostrate getting larger. I’m guessing that the roasted pumpkin seeds I eat along with pomegranate kernels plus what ever you suggest in your response to this message, please. Thank you very much.
Walnuts berries cruciferous veggies matcha powder sun dried tomatoes brazil nuts supplements: omega 3 saw palmetto zinc vit D curcumin. Ginger powder and cayenne can be taken in capsules and they also have studies NIH showing they kill general cancer cells
It's extremely healthy, but I only reach for it carefully because it has a high calorie content .Max 30 grams per day.( Good news : slightly less when toasted.)🥰
Me I never count calories. I stick with sinlge ingredient foods. These are REAL foods naturally high nutritionally. By default for me this will avoid weight gain, cancer and diseases. My shopping list: herbs, spices, eggs fruit veggies seeds nuts coffee matcha dark chocolate EVOO coconut oil
